London Academy of Excellence (LAE) is seeking to recruit an outstanding individual to lead the Marketing and Development department of this ambitious, selective sixth form. LAE is an outstanding, heavily oversubscribed school located in the heart of Stratford, close to the Olympic Park and just two minutes from Stratford Station (zone 2/3), with excellent links to all parts of London.

LAE is the top-ranked sixth form provider in England to offer a full A level curriculum, according to the Sunday Times Parent Power Survey 2022. The school is particularly proud of its success in helping students from disadvantaged backgrounds to gain places at the finest universities in the UK and around the world. Over 1,200 of our alumni have progressed to a Russell Group university and over 120 to Oxford or Cambridge.

We seek a Marketing & Development Manager who is forward thinking and strategic in their approach. 

The role will be working with corporate external stakeholders in maintaining and developing the link between sponsors and the school ensuring that students benefit from LAE links. They will also have ability to market the school in line with its high achieving and inspirational student outcomes. 

The role will also oversee our oversubscribed admissions process to ensure that LAE admissions policy is adhered to. 

The role is suitable for those who have established themselves in a non-education field and can evidence their transferable skillset.
