The London Academy of Excellence (LAE) is seeking to recruit an experienced Business and Operations Administrator to join this ambitious, academic sixth form on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of LAE business functions as directed by the Business Director including H&S, GDPR, Finance, Systems and HR.
LAE is embarking upon an exciting period of growth and transition into its new school premises, Hawthorne House for the cohort joining in September 2026. Not only is this is an exciting time to join but for this role in particular it will be a key period working closely with the Business Director to ensure that the move goes smoothly and all aspects of Health and Safety have been covered off. This role also provides a great opportunity to experience line management of our Reception Administrators.
The successful candidate will already be an experienced Administrator in a school setting with strong organisation and communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
